Suorituksen vaatimukset
These are all possible tasks in the test. Make sure you are prepared and know how to deal with these:
- You will be asked to write an email message as in exercise 5 and you will be graded on the following principles: 1) appropriate beginning and ending 2) appropriate level of formality 3) grammatically correct language and spelling and 4) contents of the message 5) appropriate level of politeness (--> please, thank you, other ways of making your message more polite, don't overdo it!)
- Make sure you know the basic phrases of telephone conversations. You will be asked to fill in the conversation with appropriate phrases.
- Make sure you understand the basics of good customer service and the principles of dealing with an unhappy customer. You will be shown a bad customer service example and your task is to analyse what went wrong and how the person should have handled the situation.
